When life feels overwhelming or your body remains on high alert, it can be hard to relax—even when you want to. This meditation gently guides you into a felt sense of safety, grounding, and calm, allowing your nervous system to soften at its own pace.
You’ll be led through grounding practices and imagery designed to support emotional regulation and inner steadiness. There is no pressure to “go deep.” Simply listening is enough.
