If you’ve been carrying emotions that feel heavy, unresolved, or difficult to name—this meditation offers a calm, supportive way to let go without pushing or reliving the past.

Through breath, grounding, and gentle visualization, you’ll be guided to notice what you’re holding and release what no longer needs to be carried right now. This is not about forcing change or “fixing” anything. It’s about creating space so your system can soften and settle.

This meditation may be supportive if you:

• Feel emotionally overloaded or mentally cluttered
• Are carrying grief, stress, or unprocessed feelings
• Want relief without analysis or effort
• Need a calming practice you can return to anytime
